Refund policy

At Aiwibi Malaysia, every product is made with love and care for your little one. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better. 💙

General Guidelines

  • This policy applies only to purchases made through our Aiwibi Malaysia Official Webstore (aiwibi.my) with valid proof of purchase (order number + order confirmation email).

  • Please contact us within the stated timeframe for any return or exchange request. Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.

1. Change of Mind (Exchanges Only)

✨ Note: Not applicable for Aiwibi diapers

We understand sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Reach out to us within 30 days from your purchase date via our form: 👉 [ Support Request ]

  • Items must be in original condition, unopened and with all packaging intact.

  • Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll help you exchange it with another product of equal value (shipping and handling fees apply – see Section 4).

2. Diaper Returns (Defects Only)

Your baby’s comfort matters most. If you notice any defect in our diapers:

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase via 👉 [ Support Request ].

  • We’ll arrange for pickup of the product. If pickup is not possible, you may return it to us at your own cost.

  • After inspection, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund via Aiwibi Store Credit.

3. Products Damaged in Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged or physically defective:

  • Please report it within 72 hours of receiving your delivery using 👉  [ Support Request ].

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted as our warehouse team cannot verify the issue.

  • To help us assist quickly, please include photos and your order details when submitting the form.

4. Return Costs & Refund Options

a) For defective or damaged products

  • All return shipping costs will be fully covered by Aiwibi Malaysia.

  • You may choose between:

    • A replacement product of equal value, OR

    • Full refund via Aiwibi Store Credit (non-transferable).

b) For change of mind exchanges

  • Return shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer.

  • A small processing fee (RM10) applies per case, plus courier charges:

    • RM10 for small parcels

    • RM15 per carton (additional boxes RM8 each)
